Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be managing kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create innovative menus - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and efficiency - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards - Assist in developing new recipes and techniques - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting Qualifications: - Proven experience in a culinary leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices with a focus on food handling and food safety - Previous experience in a Italian restaurant or kitchen environment - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team If you are passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong leadership abilities, we invite you to apply for the Sous Chef position with us.
