Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of garment construction. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with suppliers overseas, and ensuring that our collections are innovative, cohesive, and commercially viable and true to our standard fits. Responsibilities: - Be a part of the design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring that all designs align with the brand's aesthetic, vision, and the targeted market. - Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for garment construction. - Develop techpacks, including technical sketches, colors, fabric details, construction details, BOMs, specifications based on provided grading rules and modifying grading rules if necessary. - Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality and accuracy. - Conduct fittings on samples to assess fit, proportion, and overall garment construction, providing detailed feedback to the production team. - Maintaining communication with suppliers overseas to ensure the quality and timely delivery of samples from 1st fit all the way to shipping. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Requirements: - Work with Gerber & PAD - Fashion design diploma or bachelor?s degree - 3+ years of experience in fashion design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and photoshop specifically). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package, especially MS Excel. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
