*TBD Architecture + Urban Planning* is searching for a *Junior or Intermediate Architectural Technologist* to join our team. The successful candidate will join our design group to prepare and coordinate contract documents and support projects through to contract administration and completion. TBD Architecture + Urban Planning is an Edmonton-based architectural design studio specializing in Sports and Recreation, Civic/Cultural, Multi-Family Housing, and Urban Master Planning projects. We are currently working on a number of high-profile projects in these sectors across Western Canada. Our firm's mission is to help bring our clients' visions to life through excellence in project delivery and design, and we are constantly striving to become the firm of choice to our commitment to these goals. *REQUIREMENTS:* * Diploma or equivalent in Architectural Technology * Up to 10 years related experience as an Architectural Technologist in Canada. * Must possess strong drawing skills * Experience with Canadian building codes, standards and bylaws * Skill Set in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Project * Knowledge of technical detailing and construction processes * Understanding of building construction and the value of effective technical documents * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with diverse team members as well as work independently * Strong organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously *ASSETS:* * Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Sketch-up * LEED or other sustainability accreditation is also a plus * Experience in specification writing, construction management, team leading, and consultant coordination would be of benefit *APPLICATION INFORMATION:* * We celebrate diversity and commit to fostering inclusive teams and spaces and pride ourselves on being an Equal Opportunity Employer. * Please include a resume in your application.
