About the Company Forge Recruitment is currently searching for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join the thriving team of a Large Full Service Firm with an office in Vancouver. About the Role Review and process purchase and sale contracts. Input and update contract details. Generate standard forms, reports, letters, and documents. Prepare accounting forms related to deposits, investments, and fund disbursements. Review, revise, and arrange for execution and return of closing documents. Prepare mortgage payout letters and documents to release financial charges from the Land Title Office and Personal Property Registry. Conduct title searches and gather relevant documents (e.g., tax, company, and other legal searches) to validate information. Prepare documents for- LocationVancouver, BC
