The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, ovens, and ventilation systems. Responsibilities: Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, and hoods. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, floors, and walls. Disposing of waste and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Following proper cleaning protocols and adhering to health and safety regulations. Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of equipment. Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning commercial kitchen equipment, particularly fryers.
