*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at 247 Fulfillment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key client accounts and ensuring smooth communication and logistics operations. You will be the main point of contact for our clients via Slack, email and phone, managing all inquiries, handling issues promptly, and proactively guiding clients to success. You will work with the admin and warehouse team to ensure client success.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including eCommerce brands, retail clients, and Amazon sellers.
* _*Proactively*_ address client inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
* Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and logistics processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, operations, and tech) to ensure client requirements are met.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or operational issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
* Provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting performance metrics and key insights.
* Ensure all client needs are met promptly, providing solutions that promote long-term relationships.
* Develop and implement strategies for client success, helping to grow and expand accounts.
* Communicating with carriers
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly with D2C (direct-to-consumer) eCommerce operations.
* Strong customer service experience, with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to inquiries.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Amazon logistics and retail fulfillment is a plus.
* Familiarity with 3PL systems & WMS, fulfillment processes is STRONGLY preffered.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
