*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our Maintenance division in Waterdown, Ontario. As an Account Manager at Gelderman Landscape Services, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Your role will involve working closely with our operations team, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving sales and retention in the green industry.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored landscaping solutions that meet client needs.
* Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
* Conduct site visits, perform account reviews, and identify areas for improvement or potential new business.
* Ensure all client expectations are met in terms of quality, budget, and timelines.
* Track and report on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback.
*Skills & Qualifications:*
* Minimum of *3 years of B2B sales experience* (preferred).
* At least *2 years of experience in the Green Industry* (preferred), with a strong understanding of landscaping services.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and sell effectively.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A valid *G/G2 driver?s license* (required).
* *Post-secondary education* in a related field (DCS/DEC preferred).
