With numerous ongoing projects and a clear vision for the future, this role puts you at the forefront of their digital transformation.<br><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 platform.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with various departments to align platform tools with strategic needs.</span></li><li><span>Actively participate in technical operations and resolve complex issues (75% hands-on).</span></li><li><span>Plan and execute Microsoft 365-related projects, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.</span></li><li><span>Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize platform performance.</span></li><li><span>Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative work environment.</span></li><li><span>Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize tool adoption.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li><span>University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</span></li><li><span>At least 5 years of experience in platform management, development, or a similar role.</span></li><li><span>Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.</span></li><li><span>Bilingual (English and French) to effectively collaborate with diverse teams in Canada and USA</span></li><li><span>Proven leadership skills and experience managing small teams.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.</span></li></ul><p><span>What We Offer:</span></p><ul><li><span>Competitive salary up to $120,000 (+ 10% annual bonus).</span></li><li><span>Flexible hybrid or remote work environment - occasional presence for strategic meetings (once per month approx.).</span></li><li><span>3 weeks of vacation, 4 personal days, and every Friday afternoon off during the summer.</span></li><li><span>Employer-matched RRSP contributions, comprehensive group insurance including telemedicine, and an employee assistance program.</span></li><li><span>A unique opportunity to take on a strategic role with a strong technical focus.</span></li></ul><p><span>Please note that only selected candidates will be contacted.</span></p><p><span>Ready to take on a pivotal role in advancing Microsoft 365 solutions?
