Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs. Direct and control daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services. Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials. Supervise professional and support staff and students.
