*Languages: * English *Experience: * No experience required Forklift licenses an asset *Responsibilities and Duties: * - Assist customers loading purchases into their vehicles - Assist with pricing, displaying and stocking products - Water plants as needed - Moving plant material from production to retail areas (and vice versa) - Assisting the production team with tasks (pruning, fertilizing, watering, moving etc) - Assisting the maintenance team with tasks that include general upkeep of the structures - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for customers and staff - Maintaining all Covid19 safety protocols including sanitation and PPE usage *Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:* - Fast-paced environment - Work under pressure - Attention to detail - Working outdoors in all weather conditions - Bending, lifting and crouching - Ability to lift 25-50lbs (plants, plant material, bags of soil etc) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: From $15.20 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationHammonds Plains, NS
