Bobcat of the Peace (a division of Rentco Equipment Ltd). is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for 60 years. We are a full-line Bobcat dealership as well as the dealership for Delevon Heavy equipment. We are currently hiring a full-time Service Writer/Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. As the Service Writer/Warranty Administrator, you are responsible for: Greeting customers as they arrive and working with them to diagnose required repairs/services Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling service appointments Verifying warranty and service contract coverage and ensuring all correct documentation is in place for submission Completing customer follow-up calls as directed by the Service Manager Documenting repairs in the company's computer system- LocationGrande Prairie, AB
