<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Title: Business Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Fredericton, NB</strong></p><p><strong>Job type: 12+ months Contract</strong></p><p><strong>Client: </strong><strong>Direct Client</strong></p><p><strong>Mandatory Requirements:</strong></p><p>• A Bachelor's level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare or a<br />similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</p><p>• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst responsible for<br />requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed<br />design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.</p><p>• 5 years of demonstrated financial system support experience with a focus on Canadian health<br />information systems, standards, technology, and/or software.</p><p>• 3 years of demonstrated Meditech financial suite experience including General Ledger, Accounts<br />Payable, Payroll, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Materials management.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Desirable Skills and Attributes:</strong></p><p> </p><p>• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis,business process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.</p><p>• Facilitation skills: demonstrated experience in leading workshops to identify and articulate business requirements, system requirements, and develop user stories or use cases.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience leading and producing business analysis documentation (E.g., business requirements, patient journeys, functional specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability, SOPs, test plans and test cases).</p><p>• Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels.</p><p>• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook,Teams) in the work environment.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience with integration of financial and clinical information systems.</p><p>Verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both French and English is strongly preferred..</p><p><strong>** Our Company offers a very competitive benefits program including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 401K.</strong></p></div>Company Description<div>Founded in 2015 and backed by two decades of hands-on experience, our strong insight on the enterprise ecosystem and its dynamics helps to offer a complete end-to-end solution.
