Aspire Bakeries champions the values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care to help us deliver on People Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration.As a Production Operator II, you ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production by accurately scaling ingredients, mixing formulas, and maintaining seamless batch transitions. You ll be responsible for documenting ingredients, monitoring quality, and adhering to GMPs, food safety and safety regulationsupholding our high standards.Responsibilities Responsible for start-up, picking up formulas, and review mixing schedule Scale ingredients accurately according to current and up-to-date formulas Assist with the loading of ingredients into the mixer Ensure batters are finished in a timely manner - preventing downtime between batches Ensure all variances to formulas are noted and reported to Lead hand and Supervisor Document all ingredients & lot numbers used throughout the shift Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and cleanliness of ingredient bins Inform Lead hand and Supervisor of any quality issues immediately Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual Adhere to GMPs, food safety practices and Health and Safety rules as outlined in employee handbook Perform all other duties as assignedQualifications A high school diploma or equivilent 1+ years of manufacturing experience Effective communication isessential Experience with GMP and safety awarenessTrained on operation of electric pump truckWe thank each applicant for taking the time and effort to submit your resume, however, only candidates to be interviewed will be contacted.
