Job Description Manage all aspects of a typical customized software implementation project including: managing project scope, budget, deliverables and day-to-day operations; create a project charter; integrated project planning; resource planning; change management; issues prioritization; risk analysis and management; quality assurance; ensuring timelines are met; updating project documentation; collaboration and communications with the team, with the CFI internal stakeholders, and external suppliers and stakeholders; and status reporting to the Executive Sponsor and the Information Services Steering Committee (ISSC). 2.
