We are looking for a *Customer Service Representative* who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our production team.
*What You?ll Be Doing:*
* Be the friendly face and voice of our company?greet walk-in customers and assist them with their needs.
* Answer phone calls and emails with clarity and professionalism.
* Accurately document job instructions to ensure seamless production.
* Keep an eye on proofs sent to customers and follow up as needed.
* Offer solutions and guidance to help customers achieve the best possible results.
* Work closely with production team to ensure smooth job flow.
* Handle transactions?including processing credit and debit card payments.
* Manage invoicing through Avanti MIS software.
* Provide updates to customers regarding job status and tracking.
* Coordinate material orders by issuing purchase orders to suppliers and vendors.
* Oversee projects from start to finish, including procurement, installation coordination, and scheduling.
* Ensure successful installation coordination by liaising with customers and installers to meet project timelines and expectations.
*Who You Are:*
* A customer service pro with previous experience (bonus points if it?s in the print industry!).
* Someone who understands that great service isn?t just about answering questions?it?s about creating an exceptional experience.
* A natural communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* An organizational wizard who thrives on attention to detail.
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and thriving under shifting deadlines.
* A true team player who enjoys collaborating and solving problems together.
* Skilled in keyboarding and data entry, with an eye for accuracy.

*Your Background:*
* High school diploma required.
* Post-secondary technical training is an asset but not a must.
* At least 2 years experience in the print industry preferred.
* At least 2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
* CRM experience preferred.
