<p></p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>The welcoming Villa Rive-Sud residence is currently looking for a Maintenance Director to fill a full-time daytime position. The Maintenance Director is responsible for coordinating the activities of the housekeeping attendants, managing requisitions and ensuring the guarding of the buildings at all times. He/she performs various tasks related to the maintenance of the building and the management of maintenance and renovation projects.<BR><BR>Daytime schedule, 40 hours per week and weekends as needed (emergency calls)</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li> Maintain property areas and systems</li><li>Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures</li><li>All other related tasks</li><li>Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence</li><li>Be available to respond to emergencies</li><li>Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager</li><li>Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)</li><li>Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants</li><li>Supervise the maintenance of the equipment</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>High school diploma (SSD)</li><li>Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Cellular provided</li><li>Computer is provided</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>To be discussed</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Consistent schedule</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationLongueuil, QC
