*Job Overview * We are seeking a skilled and experienced FTTH/Civil Construction Project Manager who is experienced and confident with bids and tenders process, extremely organized and have the ability to coordinate and manage locates. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking abilities, leadership abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. *Duties * ? Proactively seek project opportunities ? Bid on Construction Jobs ? Manage/coordinate locates ? Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts. ? Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. ? Collaborate with architects, engineers, Management to facilitate smooth project execution. ? Prepare regular project reports detailing progress, challenges, and solutions. *Experience * *?* **Proven experience with Bids and Tenders in Civil and FTTH construction ? Understanding of the FTTH/Civil Construction industry ? Proven experience as a FTTH/Civil Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the FTTH/Civil construction industry. ? Proficiency in engineered and Asbuilt reading and understanding of construction schematics. ? Strong background in FTTH/Civil construction estimating techniques and methodologies. ?
