* Acts as a communications liaison with different department as required
* Special Projects as assigned by Executive and proactively follow up on results
* Provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to the Executive
* Manage work schedules across departments and critical deadlines and manage invoicing
* Answer and track calls from external suppliers
* Write, review, proofread, edit documents, reports, presentations and correspondences;
* Manage executive schedule and act as a liaison for the executive team
* Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings
* Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
* Oversee the performance of other staff
* Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
