The Sous Chef position entails: Ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction. Location- 5 star fly-in fishing/eco lodge in Northern Manitoba Assisting the chef in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maintaining sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to all Provincial, OH&S and food safety regulation. Experience in a full service, structured fine dining establishment and ideally previous fishing lodge experience. Good communication skills, strong work ethic. Graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus. Salary based on experience. Forward resume. Job Type: Summer/Fall Term. (late May to mid October) Room and Board included. Experience: * Sous Chef: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required) Job Type: Seasonal Contract length: 5 months Pay: $5,500.00-$6,000.00 per month Additional pay: * Tips Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * Cooking: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Food Handler Certification (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-05-26- LocationLynn Lake, MB
