The Sous Chef position entails:
Ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction.
Location- 5 star fly-in fishing/eco lodge in Northern Manitoba
Assisting the chef in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maintaining sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to all Provincial, OH&S and food safety regulation.
Experience in a full service, structured fine dining establishment and ideally previous fishing lodge experience.
Good communication skills, strong work ethic. Graduate of an accredited culinary program is a plus.
Salary based on experience.
