Their strategic mindset, analytical capabilities and passion for technology innovation will be instrumental in shaping CFMWS?s technological future.</span></p> <p><span>The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Technology Innovation Framework, including initiative intake, prioritization, execution and monitoring. Working closely with vendors and other business units, they will oversee the delivery of all technological Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POVs) initiatives and provide recommendations on their adoption.</span></p> <p><span>The ideal candidate is a passionate technology leader who thinks strategically and long-term while focusing on individual POCs/POVs. They love technology, learn constantly, and embrace change. They are a creative problem-solver who enjoys doing hands-on work side by side with vendors, IT professionals and business stakeholders. They are very well organized and experienced in managing IT initiatives from start to finish. Effective communicator, they excel working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with the CFMWS stakeholders and external partners.
