Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Cold/refrigerated. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Team player. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for Veterans: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans .
