Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: At heights. Noisy. Outdoors. Work setting: Construction. Various locations. Residential. Tasks: Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Work with minimal supervision. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Punctuality.
