*RESTAURANT MANAGER | *JOB DESCRIPTION *Restaurant Summary* The Rosebud is a new restaurant located in Corktown (King Street East & River) in the former heritage location of the Kingsbrae Diner. The Corktown clientele is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! Love their food and beverage! www.rosebudto.com | @rosebudto This is a highly creative and sales driven front-of-house management position. * Must have at least 5+ years of fine dining experience * Must have at least 3+ years of Bars Management experience * Tasting menu restaurant experience is an asset * A passion for wine, cocktails and fine dining A high proficiency is required in the following departments: * WSET Level 2 or higher is a valuable asset * Strong technical skillset (Silverware, Push Operations, Excel, Canva/Photoshop/InDesign) * Sales and marketing strategies * Coaching & counselling experience *Hours* * Wednesday to Saturday (2pm to 11pm) * Sunday and Mondays off * Restaurant opens at 5:30pm *Compensation* * $60,000 / per year * Wellness Expense * Dining Expense * 2-weeks vacation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Paid time off * Wellness program Schedule: * 10 hour shift Experience: * Fine Dining: 5 years (required) * Bars Management: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-03-24- LocationYork, ON
