Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Supervision: 16-20 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Responsible Beverage Service Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Point of sale system. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
