Restaurant Manager: We are looking to add an experienced Manager to our team. We pride ourselves on friendly service and quick crafted food. We need fun, energetic, team player to help us be the best restaurant we can be. *Experience* 1 year to less than 2 years *On site* Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. *ResponsibilitiesTasks* * Monitor staff performance * Recruit staff * Set staff work schedules * Supervise staff * Train staff * Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures * Conduct performance reviews * Address customers' complaints or concerns * Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations * Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses *Supervision* * 10-15 people *Work conditions and physical capabilities* * Fast-paced environment * Work under pressure * Repetitive tasks 35 - 40 Hours per week Permanent, Full time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.75 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person- Location Cranbrook, BC
