*The Role*: As store manager, you?ll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: * Oversee the retail store by staying abreast of store performance and functioning * Leading, scheduling and supporting a small team of 5-6 staff members * Be an example of integrity, honesty and good work ethic * Do supply ordering * Delivering friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to customers and suppliers, in person and over the phone * Assist staff with idea generation and problem solving * Oversee the onboarding of new staff and uphold company policies * Handling daily store administration tasks with strong attention to financials * Ensure a well-organized, welcoming and professional store environment * Processing front counter sales and balancing the till at end of day when needed *Who We?re Looking For:* We welcome applicants who are dependable, personable, and motivated to take ownership of their role.
