The Municipalité de La Conception is receiving more than $3M from the Government of Quebec to expand and rehabilitate its town hall and community hall

Kina8at, a non-profit Indigenous organization, began construction on its cultural centre for visitors in La Conception. The project, valued at over $11M, includes $6.25M that is being funded by the federal and provincial governments. The centre will be inaugurated in 2027.
