*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress or pain through various massage techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs. Our facility is committed to providing a serene environment that promotes healing and wellness. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences. * Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage. * Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress. * Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after treatments. * Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as needed. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage techniques. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including sanitation practices. *Skills* * Licensed Massage Therapist with certification from an accredited institution. * Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients. * Ability to customize massage techniques based on individual client needs. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. * Time management skills to maintain appointment schedules efficiently. * Experience in various massage modalities is preferred but not required.
