Gardening/Landscape Team Leader About the Role Sakura Gardens is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee garden maintenance and installation projects. This hands-on role involves supervising a small crew (2-5 members), ensuring work quality, and providing excellent client service. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside the team in tasks like planting, pruning, mulching, and garden installations. Operate landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., trimmers, blowers, small machinery). Manage site setup, including digging, planting, occasional flagstone and 2-man armour stone installations. Oversee daily tasks, ensuring safety standards and quality results. Train new team members and maintain a positive work environment. Coordinate schedules, track projects, and use job management software. Communicate with clients and address inquiries- LocationMilton, ON
