This is a fast-paced and high-volume job, suitable for someone with a high amount of drive, motivation and energy and the ability to organize themselves and other people.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b><b></b></p><ul><li><span></span>Log all incoming samples;</li><li><span></span>Assist with the creation of product templates and stability study templates in eLIMS</li><li><span></span>Liaise regularly with customers and internal laboratory staff to ensure sample logging information is accurate;</li><li><span></span>Check client provided specifications and tests associated with the sample being logged;</li><li><span></span>Request SSF and/or PO, if it is not available;</li><li><span></span>Log sample information and sample inventory accurately into stability databse;</li><li><span></span>If number of samples does not agree with paper work, get a witness immediately and document it. Inform client immediately;</li><li><span></span>Ensure GMP compliance;</li><li><span></span>Log rush samples and perishable samples first as per priority dictated by SOPs;</li><li><span></span>Verify that all incoming samples comply with in-house methodology and SOPs;</li><li><span></span>Provide split samples to lab after it is split by micro;</li><li><span></span>Deliver logged samples to the corresponding department;</li><li><span></span>Review booked samples in LIMS as per SSF, sample label and current SOPs:</li><li><span></span>Correct template or inform appropriate personnel for correction;</li><li><span></span>Cooperate with team/laboratory to release samples to the lab before shift ends</li><li><span></span>Archive all completed samples;</li><li><span></span>To be a back up for stability coordinator and assist in daily activities related to stability studies.</li><li><span></span>Assist Quality Assurance department with training procedures and implementations.</li><li><span></span>Any other duties as requested by Supervisor.</li></ul><p><b><br><br>Qualifications<br><br></b></p><p><span><b>EXPERIENCE:</b><b></b></span></p><ul><li><span></span>1-3 years of pharmaceutical/cosmetic/natural health products industry experience.</li><li><span></span>Computer proficiency.</li><li><span></span>Authorization to work in Canada.</li></ul><p><span><b>EDUCATION- LocationToronto, ON
