Tasks: Coordinate subcontractors activities . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Prepare shop drawings. Co-ordinate administrative services. Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. CADD Course. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Project. MS Word. Mac OS. Autodesk REVIT. Area of work experience: Project coordination. Area of specialization: Project management. Layout. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Willing to travel regularly. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
