*Lead Nurse Practitioner ? Clinical & Business Operations* We are seeking a *highly skilled and strategic Nurse Practitioner* to join our team in a leadership capacity. This position combines *clinical expertise, operational leadership, and business expansion* to drive innovation in *telemedicine and patient care*. The ideal candidate must have experience in *primary care, weight loss, women's health and men?s health* and possess strong leadership and communication skills. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *New Hire Oversight (NPs):* Lead the onboarding, training, and mentorship of new Nurse Practitioners to ensure clinical excellence and alignment with company protocols. 2. *Strategic Meetings & Initiatives:* Collaborate with the *Chief Medical Officer* to execute and eventually lead strategic initiatives for business growth and patient care improvements. 3. *Company Expansion & New Ventures:* Assist in identifying, developing, and implementing new healthcare services to enhance patient care, improve accessibility, and address evolving health needs. 4. *Patient Experience & Clinical Oversight:* Serve as the *first point of contact* for clinician concerns, review patient interactions, and provide feedback to enhance care quality. 5. *Prescriptive Authority:* Diagnose, assess, and prescribe for patients (18+) in accordance with company guidelines and provincial regulations. *Qualifications:* * Master?s degree in Nursing from an accredited program * Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of *5 years of experience* * Expertise in *primary carre, weight loss, and men?s/women's health* * Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring or overseeing clinicians * Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to company growth * Tech-savvy with experience using *EHRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms* * *Experience in telemedicine* strongly preferred * *Entrepreneurial mindset* with a passion for *scaling innovative healthcare solutions* * *Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills* with the ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly *Benefits:* * *Competitive salary* based on experience and qualifications * *Flexible schedule* with remote work opportunities * Opportunity for *career growth and leadership development* If you are passionate about *clinical excellence, leadership, and business expansion*, we encourage you to apply. *Qualifications* * College diploma Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * Need to be living in the greater toronto area Education: * Master's Degree (required) Experience: * NP: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-04-01- LocationMississauga, ON
