*Overview* We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Working Field Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to fostering effective communication among office staff and construction staff. *Responsibilities* * Be on site, overseeing operations and keeping job on track. * Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. * Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. * Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and financial goals are met. * Utilize different systems to stay on track of job site progress, and budgeting. * Facilitate communication between office staff and on site staff to ensure alignment on project goals. * Managing and overseeing job projects, crew scheduling, *Qualifications* * Construction industry experience in project management with a track record of successful project delivery. * Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial management. * Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective staff engagement. *General Description:* * Oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction project on-site * Managing teams * Ensuring quality standards * Coordinating activities to meet project deadlines * While actively working on the construction site to monitor progress and address issues as they arise * Maintaining detailed project documentation including daily reports, progress logs, and quality inspection reports. Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 yearly. Full benefits for individual and/or dependants. This position is in person, on job site daily in Georgina Ontario.
