JAMES * Staff members must have a valid class 5 drivers license & vehicle for their transportation. We keep the driving down, having members work close to home & daycare drop off. Work full or part time Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30 pm , within the following days & hours. Join our well established, organized and efficient 31 year, industry leading company! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented staff member to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to established cleaning protocols. *WAGES:* $17.00 Starting wage during our 30 day training program $17.50-$18.00 after 30 training, pending performance, plus tips, bonuses & group benefits. $18.00-$19.00 within the first year, pending ability and reliability. Yearly raises are applied. Group benefits begin at 4 months and two week paid holidays are provided after 1 year. All members have EI. CPP & Tax deducted, no contract work. Members are paid weekly. Vehicle and cell phone expense tax declaration is provided to claim the use of these items. reducing your income tax expectation. *WE OFFER OUR STAFF:* Work close to home & daycare, clients are scheduled in close proximity to each other. A reoccurring list of clients, built to suit you availability. Work independently, servicing two homes per day, no teams traveling around. No daily travel to & from office, start from home & end at home. One trip to the office at the end of day Fridays only All environmentally friendly products, vacuum, equipment & uniform supplied. Incentive program - earn up to an additional $600.00 per year Staff members are insured, bonded and covered by WCB *THE POSITION:* Working independently, our staff clean residential homes, apartments and condos. Staff work 1 on 1 in a 30 day PAID training program, along side our training supervisor who will offer support and technical guidance to ensure your success. Post training, our employees work in two homes per day, your schedule is consistent with reoccurring clientele, allowing your to become familiar with your clients and duties. *SKILLS:* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as necessary. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. *SUCCESSFUL CANIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:* A valid class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle for their transportation Be able to read and write English, we can provide support for Ukrainian speaking members Be in good physical condition . Have a clear criminal record. Have a professional daycare in place for childcare. Be seeking a minimum of 1 year of employment.
