This is your chance to be part of an exciting launch working alongside a passionate team to create a presence that sets the stage for success. *The Role:* We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator who's ready to bring the story of Skye Chase Estate Winery to life and communicate it to our market. You'll play a pivotal role in developing, executing and reporting marketing initiatives across various channels, included but not limited to websites, email, social media, print, signage and events. *What You'll Do:* * Coordinate, execute and measure marketing campaigns against objectives and within the current brand guide. * Create effective, innovative and on-brand content to promote customer engagement across all channels, with a focus on delivering an exceptional social media presence that is fully integrated with other channels. * Plan, design and execute all web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. * Maintain and identify opportunities to evolve our Shopify website. * Strengthen customer relationship with value-added promotions/contesting and social media interactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities through inventory, market trends and seasonal goals. * Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop cross promotional campaigns, customer educational content and engagement tactics. * Using the existing brand guide, design in-store, outdoor facilities and off-site signage in collaboration with departmental teams and complete regular signage audits. * Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing tactics. * Plan, execute and measure dedicated conversation campaigns. * Other duties as assigned to assist in the function of the winery. *What We're Looking For:* * Degree/Certification in Marketing. * Minimum 2 years' Marketing Experience. * Proficient in Meta Business Suite (with specific and exceptional experience using Facebook and Instagram), Shopify & Canva platforms. * Robust communication and copywriting skills * Proven working experience in digital marketing (within the hospitality industry preferred) * Strong skill set in photography and videography. * Understanding of print and radio marketing platforms * Experience managing/participating in marketing campaigns both paid and organic. * Solid understanding and knowledge of marketing reporting and analytics tools. * Developed content creation experience (within the wine/alcohol market preferred) * Basic knowledge of the wine industry in Ontario with an affinity for the greater hospitality industry. * Ability to develop, implement, adhere to and report marketing budgets. * Highly creative. * Self-motivated. * Attention to detail. * Works efficiently and effectively alone. * Collaborates effectively and constructively within a larger team setting. * Effective and efficient working both on-site and remotely when required. *Ready to Join the Fun?* Are you ready to make your mark on the next big name in wine?
