<p><strong>Job Offer: Technical Advisor</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Pierrefonds, Montreal<br /><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time / Permanent<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> $30 to $40 per hour<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Day shift</p><h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a passionate and dynamic <strong>Technical Advisor</strong> to join our team. As an After-Sales Service Expert, you will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient follow-up of mechanical work.</p><h3><strong>Your main responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Greet and advise customers on necessary services and repairs.</li><li>Perform preliminary diagnostics and explain technical recommendations.</li><li>Prepare quotes and estimate repair costs.</li><li>Coordinate work between technicians and customers.</li><li>Ensure rigorous follow-up of repairs and inform customers of progress.</li><li>Manage warranties and claims with suppliers.</li><li>Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3><strong>Required profile :</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience as a technical advisor, service consultant, or similar position.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive or heavy vehicle mechanics (depending on the sector).</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency with IT tools and workshop management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, Serti, etc.).</li><li>Valid driver's license (asset depending on the position).</li></ul><h3><strong>What we offer:</strong></h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance bonuses.</li><li>Group insurance and benefits.</li><li>Continuing training and development opportunities.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul><p><strong>How to apply?</strong><br />Apply directly here or send your resume to <strong>hr@kaayu.ca</strong></p><p>Join our team and be part of a growing company where your expertise will be valued!</p>- LocationPierrefonds, QC
