Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Oversee the process of hoeing crops. Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers . Maintain financial and production records. Negotiate with clients for provision of services. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Flexible hours.- Location Abbotsford, BCV4X 2M3
