The company is dedicated to pioneering and supporting innovative commodity platform solutions and is a key partner for exporting with Weyerhaeuser. *Summary* Coast Fraser Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our finance operations across the Americas region. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role oversees financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and treasury management, AP/AR, tax compliance, audit coordination, and credit risk assessment. You will manage a small finance team and play a key role in strategic decision making. *Responsibilities* * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (GAAP/IFRS). * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and FX exposure. * Oversee AP/AR processes and internal controls. * Ensure tax compliance and coordinate external audits. * Assess customer credit risk and set credit limits. * Lead and develop the Accounting Coordinator and Finance Assistant. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial strategies. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards. * Assist in developing financial policies aligned with company goals. *Qualifications* * Bachelor?s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required. * Minimum 3 years of progressive financial management experience. * Experience in international trading or commodity industries preferred. * Strong ERP, QuickBooks or other accounting application and financial modelling skills. * Proven leadership and excellent communication abilities. * Solid understanding of Canadian tax regulations and GAAP/IFRS. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Call-To-Action *If you are ready to make an impact in the global commodities market with your accounting expertise, we invite you to bring your talents to Coast Fraser Enterprises Ltd. ? where your skills help shape the future of international trade.* Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * Tuition reimbursement Application question(s): * What Accounting Software you experienced with?
