Barista White Birch Cafe is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable baristas to join our café team in Fernie, BC. With some delays in our opening timeline, staffing needs shifted and we are now hiring additional team members as we prepare to open. We?re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, customer interaction, and working in a team-focused café environment. Responsibilities * Preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages * Providing excellent customer service * Operating POS and handling transactions * Maintaining cleanliness and café organization * Assisting with opening and closing duties * Working collaboratively with the FOH and kitchen team Qualifications * Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required * Friendly and professional attitude * Ability to multitask in a busy environment * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Reliable and punctual What We Offer * Competitive wages plus tips * Positive and supportive workplace culture * Opportunity to grow with a new café from the ground up * Flexible scheduling options where possible To apply, please send your resume and a short introduction about yourself.
