*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and proficiency with various accounting software. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping tasks, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued. *Responsibilities* * Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes * Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data * Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities * Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting activities * Process payroll accurately and timely * Prepare financial reports and statements for management review * Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies * Support audit preparations by maintaining organized financial documentation *Requirements* * GST filing * Payroll processing * Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable * Maintaining company financial records * Handling general bookkeeping and company accounting requirements * Requirements: * Previous bookkeeping experience required * Knowledge of GST and payroll procedures * Experience with accounts receivable/payable * Organized and detail-oriented *Please contact us with your experience and availability if interested.* Pay: $18.66-$25.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Edmonton, AB
