This is a leasdership role with room for growth within the company. *CDP at Braai House* \* reports to the head chef \* butchery skills required for all protiens, including fish \* ordering, seeking the best products and best prices \* helping maintain labour on a day-to-day basis \* helping maintain the highest level of cuisine \* helping maintain the highest level of cleanliness \* coaching the staff through professional feedback and mentorship \* working with the Head Chef on menu development, *Job Requirements:* * Completion of industry-specific education, or a combination of extensive training and experience. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a casual fine dining environment, holding progressive roles * _*SIGNING BONUS UPON COMPLETION OF 3 MONTH PROBATION*_ *NOTE:* *All applicants must be legally able to work in Canada and reside within a commutable distance to Stratford, Ont.* *We are not able to offer sponsorship for this role.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: * Stratford, ON N5A 3L8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Culinary: 3 years (required) Location: * Stratford, ON N5A 3L8 (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Stratford, ON
