Job details
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the Loondocks team. French/Italian fine dining with a heavy focus on Canadian ingredients and scratch cooking. You should have solid foundation of culinary skills, good organizational skills, multi tasking abilities, and a very high standard for cleanliness. You should be reliable, trustworthy and coachable (eager to learn). Need to be fast and productive during prep and service, while still maintaining a very high standard. We offer free parking, free staff meals, and a great work environment with great people (enjoyable but also professional). You can expect around $3/hr extra in tips. Thank you.
