Key Duties & Responsibilities * Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of dispatchers, logistics coordinators, and administrative staff involved in transportation and freight movement. * Plan, assign, and review work related to load planning, dispatch operations, route optimization, and delivery schedules. * Monitor trucking operations to ensure on-time pickup and delivery while minimizing delays, detention, and empty miles. * Coordinate with drivers, customers, brokers, and warehouse staff to resolve operational issues, service failures, and delivery exceptions. * Ensure compliance with *provincial and federal transportation regulations*, including hours of service, ELD records, safety policies, and documentation. * Oversee shipment documentation such as bills of lading, rate confirmations, invoices, and customs paperwork when applicable. *BenefitsHealth benefits* * Health care plan Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $34.00 per hour Benefits: * Extended health care Work Location: In person- Location Sherwood Estates, SK
