<p><strong>EXTERIOR FINISHING TECHNICIAN ? SUNROOMS & PATIO ENCLOSURES</strong></p><p>Solarium Solpro Ltd. is a designer, manufacturer, and installer of sunrooms and patio enclosures serving the Greater Montreal area.</p><p>We are currently seeking an Exterior Finishing Technician to complete finishing work after our sunrooms have been installed. This position allows our installation crews to move quickly to the next project while ensuring a high-quality finished product for our customers.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install flashing and perform waterproofing work.</li><li>Apply caulking and complete final adjustments.</li><li>Communicate progress and job status with the office.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe work vehicle and job site.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in residential construction, roofing, exterior siding, or renovation work.</li><li>Good knowledge of waterproofing and flashing installation techniques.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.</li><li>Valid driver's license.</li><li>Ability to work at heights and on ladders when required.</li></ul><p><strong>Assets</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with doors and windows.</li><li>Experience with aluminum structures, sunrooms, or patio enclosures.</li></ul><p><strong>We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Permanent full-time employment.</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Company truck and tools provided.</li><li>Dynamic and friendly team environment.</li><li>Training on our products and installation methods.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Location:</strong> Greater Montreal Area</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> Immediate</p><p>Join a growing Quebec company specializing in high-quality sunrooms and patio enclosures.</p><p><strong>Walk-in applicants welcome.</strong></p><p>Visit us at <strong>4448 Garand Street, Saint-Laurent, Montreal</strong>, between <strong>8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.</strong> for an immediate interview.</p>- Location Saint-Laurent, QC
