You'll be joining a multi-disciplinary team who are dedicated to long-term patient outcomes and continuous professional growth. *What Makes Us Different:* *Support You Can Count On:* * Practice-building mentorship from experienced clinicians * A positive, respectful, and team-oriented clinic culture * Full administrative support, including reception and online booking *A Clinic That Grows With You:* * Attractive *percentage split (up to 50/50)* based on experience and continuing education * A strong, consistent patient flow * Mentorship with Chiropractor with 25 years of experience. * Flexibility with Schedule *An Environment Designed for Success:* * Large private treatment rooms and modern equipment * Professional branding, community presence, and reputation in Milton * Focus on high-quality care without the administrative hassle *Your Role:* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients to diagnose conditions related to the spine and musculoskeletal system. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical history. * Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility. * Deliver comprehensive manual therapy treatments beyond adjustments (e.g., soft tissue, mobilizations, rehab exercises) * Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and wellness strategies to support their recovery and overall health. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in chiropractic care and pain management techniques. * Work closely with our *interdisciplinary team* to develop personalized care plans * Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they understand and are engaged in their care * Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence *What We?re Looking For:* * Licensed and in good standing with the *College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)* * Minimum *3 years of experience* in a clinical setting (preferred) * *Existing Practice in Milton is PLUS++* * Confident with a variety of manual therapy techniques and patient education * Personable, professional, and passionate about evidence-based care * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication. * Experience in pain management techniques is preferred but not required. * Interest in rehab, exercise prescription, or specialized modalities is an asset * Willing to work some *evening and/or weekend shifts* based on clinic need *Schedule:* * Part-time *If you?re a chiropractor who values teamwork, meaningful patient relationships, and a clinic that truly invests in you, we?d love to hear from you.* Please send your *resume and availability* to apply.
