A $50M affordable housing development, Cecil Bellrose Manor, is scheduled to open in Edmonton this spring. The 127-unit complex is a project of the Otipemisiwak Métis Government and will offer housing to Indigenous families. A childcare facility in the building will offer spaces for 48 children immediately, with plans to expand to 72 spaces within five years.
