The EMD-Batimo Group, a builder and property manager, is investing $146M in the construction of two Lib residential buildings. A condo building in Pointe-Claire will have 205 units, and the other building in Mont-Saint-Hilaire will have 132 condo units. They will be delivered in the spring of 2026.

District Atwater, a real estate developer, is investing $100M in building Quartier Atwater—Rental Units in Montréal. The first residents in some of the 500 rental units will be welcomed in the fall of 2027. Additionally, the building will include businesses and restaurants.
