It is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><b></b></p><ul><li><span></span>Log all incoming parcels and samples.</li><li><span></span>Liaise regularly with customers and internal laboratory staff to ensure accurate sample logging information.</li><li><span></span>Check client-provided specifications and tests associated with the samples.</li><li><span></span>Create and use communication channels with clients for clarifications and additional information.</li><li><span></span>Verify that all incoming samples comply with in-house methodology and SOPs.</li><li><span></span>Remove samples from stability chambers daily and submit them to the lab with correct corresponding documentation.</li><li><span></span>Deliver logged samples to the corresponding department(s).</li><li><span></span>Archive all completed samples.</li><li><span></span>Assist with the creation and updating of product templates in eLIMS-BPT for sample registration.</li><li><span></span>Assist in the creation of stability study templates in eLIMS-BPT.</li><li><span></span>Update account, contact, and pricing information in LIMS, CRM and ComLIMS systems as needed.</li><li><span></span>Create new test codes/ Request new test codes (if applicable)</li><li><span></span>Maintain organized records of daily tasks and timelines.</li><li><span></span>Scan new and revised Methods and Standardizations.</li><li><span></span>Ensure required protocol compliance.</li><li><span></span>Any other duties as requested by the Supervisor.</li><li><span></span>Audit the registered samples as per in-house/ global SOPs and provided client documentations.</li></ul><p><b><br><br>Qualifications</b></p><p><b><br>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><b></b></p><ul><li><span></span>Team collaboration and good interpersonal skills.</li><li><span></span>Good understanding of compendia resources such as USP, EP, and BP.</li><li><span></span>Familiarity with analytical chemistry and major types of tests.</li><li><span></span>Good knowledge of GMP and ICH guidelines and regulations.</li><li><span></span>Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Englis- LocationToronto, ON
