We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working _*Heavy Duty Cleaner *_ to join our team! *Starting at $20 Per Hour* *Part-Time / Casual * *Winnipeg, MB & surrounding area* _*What We Offer:*_ * Health and dental option plan * Commission based referrals _*Responsibilities & Duties:*_ * Ability to work safely and independently, drive cargo van, operate equipment safely * Operate heavy duty cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors, rotary floor machines etc? * Strip, scrub and wax hard surface flooring, rotobrite / shampoo carpets, operate walkbehind / ride on autoscrubbers etc? * Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, operate & maintain all heavy duty cleaning machines into vehicle to transport and to and from job sites * Handle customer emergencies and complaints properly in a timely manner * Provide upper management with information and recommendations concerning worksites * Drive in a safe and defensive manner at all times, avoid careless errors at all costs * Present yourself positively and professionally towards clients and employees _*Qualifications & Requirements:*_ * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada * Provide current valid driver?s license and drivers abstract * Provide a criminal record check * Working knowledge of city and rural areas * Strong organizational, communicational and leadership skills * High level attention to detail & willingness to learn * Ability to repeatedly lift objects over 50 lbs * Minimum 3 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry Job Types: Part-time, Casual Part-time hours: 32 per week Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * RRSP match * Vision care Work Location: In person
