Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Air conditioned. Arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings. Assist lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions. Draft legal correspondence. Explain rights and obligations to defendants.
